kia ora this week in rm 10 Ive been writing about why my mum should give me $50 a week for doing chores.
these are my reasons for why i think i should get $50 a week.
“Dear Mum,
I strongly believe that I should get $50 a week for doing chores. This would help me grow up to be responsible with money, I would do my chores without hesitation, I will learn to be independent and smart with money. For these reasons I think I should get $50 a week for doing chores.
Firstly, It will teach me responsibility. If I get $50 a week, I have to make sure it lasts. If I spend it all on Monday, I will have no money left for the rest of the week. This will teach me how to be careful and responsible with money.
Secondly, I would excitedly to do chores a lot more. Knowing that if I do chores, I will be able to earn money for all of the chores that I have done. I will learn to work for what I want and need. I indeed do think that if I get $50 a week for doing chores I will do more chores each day.
Thirdly, I will learn how to be independent and smart with money. To learn that I will use my money wisely, when I purchase something I will also learn budget myself. This will be a big support for when I grow up. I could purchase a piggy bank and save money in there to keep myself from spending each and every last cent of it on useless things.
In conclusion, if I get $50 a week from you for doing chores. I will learn how to work for what I have been wanting and save for much more important things. This is why I strongly believe I should get $50 a week from you.
