My goal is to use sensory details to enhance my writing. Hope you like my story
As me and my crew put the last of the stuff into the ships we set sail for Bermuda triangle and that it would take us about 9 days of rough waters the first few days were a blur of looking at maps, eating and obliging to the captions commands about getting him status reports on where we were and the number of supplies we had left when i told him that we were low on our 5th day “ boss we only have enough supplies to last one more day” I whispered “if you don’t fix this your dead” yelled caption. On the fifth day a huge storm hit and flipped our ship. Everyone was hurrying to find the extra boats and save as many supplies as possible. Me and some others passed out and woke up on a rocky beach. As we were exploring we found a cave and headed inside. It felt like we were walking for an hour until one of the survivors found a flight of ancient stairs made of limestone that were so fragile that if you looked at them wrong they would collapse. We went down and found this massive stone head the guy behind us must of set of a trap then the head was like a giant vacuum and sucked us in to this massive tunnel that to us to Atlantis city as we were going down there was horrific scent that smelt of sulphur and rotten fish and this screaming sound when we got down the tunnel some of the guys tried to climb out but as they slid down a hole opened up and they fell in so i was the only one left to explore the lost city that was in algae mess.
