DVC- Technology

Task Description: Yesterday in DVC technology I worked on a mural  of mountains reflecting on water. In that session, I learned how to paint reflections on the water. Most people may not know how to pain this, though our teacher thankfully helped us through it and taught us how to do it step by step. She taught the method to us and helped anyone who fell behind.

In order to paint reflections, we dipped our paintbrush into the chosen colour of the mountains. Then we diluted the paint by dipping the paintbrush ( with the water). to make the shape we painted it in a zig zag type of shape though getting smaller as we went further down to mimic the shape of the mountain. this then creates a reflection, specifically a reflection on water.

As usual we walked to Papakura Intermediate to attend our technology classes. Last term as you may have heard I have done steam technology and this term; as stated I am doing DVC which is art technology. I am not quite sure what DVC means though I intend to ask when I get the time.

I have learned multiple skills in my type of technology and have been enjoying it, though I am looking for my next technology class next term which is food technology. This is due to the fact that I genuinely like baking.
