What we did in tech?

Kia Ora, this week in tech

at Papakura Intermidiate we started by check on our hydroponic and traditional soil planting plants and looked at what one is growing healthier when I looked at my plant my traditional soil planting was growing more leaf stems than my hydroponic but my hydroponic hasn’t yet grew a sprout, my Class mate Haji’s plants are all growing really big and healthy than anyone else’s after observing our plants we moved on to our next activity we used. Epro8 construction kit in the kit as you can see below we used the long poles to build 4 squares and used the red parts to connect the poles together we found it hard to keep it together but we looked over at the other team and saw them using the nails and bolts the hold it together so then we tried and it worked.

The criteria was to be able to build the box 700mm tall and 400mm wide, we had to be able to open the gate or door from 2 metres away, after putting the box together I left my team because I didn’t know what to do and went to go help Whaea Erica with the lazer printing something for father’s day while I was gone my team added wheel at the bottom of the box to make it move. I really enjoyed help Whaea Erica with the lazer printing what I found difficult was creating the box because it was frustrating me, moving on next week we are going to use the EPro8 Electrical kit.
