This week for reading we were reading parts of a story that was similar to a myth was called The mysterious door . This story was about a girl named Mia who saw a small wooden door behind an old tree and went through it . The first part was when Mia saw two glowing eyes that said “I’ve been waiting for you ” . The second part was about when the eyes blinked and laughed after Mia said something which was ” Who are you” then the glowing eyes disappeared and then a small silver key was there and there was a tunnel . The third part which is the last part was about when Mia went through the tunnel and at the end of the tunnel was a door with a keyhole and the door opened when Mia put the small silver key through in and it lead to and beautiful garden and then she left feeling brave and strong .
