This week we had a new book and We enjoyed it so much.Did you know that mud puppies and most people call mud puppies water dogs and for the baby dog they call them muddy puppies. Mud puppies and water dogs are unique, fully aquatic salamanders of the genus Arcturus that spend their entire lives submerged in the freshwater rivers and lakes of North America.Despite the folklore that they can bark like puppies, they are quiet, secretive creatures whose presence is highly valued by biologists, as they serve as vital bio indicators of clean, unpolluted waterways.
