The forward dribbled down the field, tapping the ball to keep it moving. To trick the opponent, they stopped the ball dead with their foot on top of it. Spotting an open teammate, they passed it along the ground. The teammate launched a high, curving pass over the defenders’ heads. Sprinting after it, the forward push and pull. and it was telling us about direction running faster with the ball.
