We have been using clay this week to make things.
We have also learned what clay is made of and why people use it.
We also know that when clay is harden it turns in to a substance called shale.
But clay is made out of granite, crazy right?
But if you grind shale and add water it becomes clay once again.
We have tried making pinch pots with clay this week.
But next term we are going to make pinch pots to take home.
