My Reading create task Week 2 term 4 l First create task of the Week l Should children be allowed to access social media platforms at young age?

Introduction: Hello bloggers! Welcome back to Somya’s blog! today I have been doing my reading create tasks! Today for my reading create task I have been really happy to see what our topic is “Should children be able to access social media platforms at young age? I think that children shouldn’t be, there are so many things I could say why they shouldn’t but I don’t have enough words to explain. Tell me your thoughts in the comments! Anyways for today’s create tasks we had 3 options 1rst create task option / chili 1 : We had to create  a authors lessons billboard. For this create etask you had to write and draw  a key action rom the story and show I happening in action. Chili 2/create task 2: is where we had to create a comic strip about the report and where it takes place chili 3 : Is about the advice column and in this create task we have to create a letter to the main character in this case a child who is experiencing social media problems and write to they should try and move away and help them selves.

Deeper Explanation: I have done this task on the DLO of a Google doc and would highly recommend this task to anyone who is reading this blog post. The WALT for this create task is “Eplain what a story is and what lesson the quthor is inspiring and sharing, use clues from the text to and things I already know toprov my ideas. For this create task we had to write a summarizing sentence at the bottom which I think is the most important which is why I willwrite it here: I know this will work believe in me and trust because I have done it before I have also been in the same place, from my previous experience I know that createing a calendar not only keeps you away from screens but more education time and outdoor interaction, which proves that this lesson is the absolute truth.

Reflection:  I would rate this task a 10/10! As I mentioned in the previous paragraph I would highly recommend this task to anyone who is reading this blog description. I have blogged my work by copy and pasting it straight from the google doc. You can also do this by doing onto your document and going Ctrl A and this will highlight your whole document then press Ctrl C which will copy the whole text then do to your blog and press Ctrl v which will paste it to your blog and wala there you go you have a ready blog post to upload all you need to do now is write a description! Well I hope you enjoyed viewing this blog post if you did please don’t forget to comment something helpful positive and thoughtful! Bye!

Letter:

Dear Human

I wanted to share a quick story with you about a kid named Sam. Sam is a lot like you—smart, fun, and creative. Lately, Sam got a new app on a phone and loved it. At first, it was just a quick way to see funny videos and chat with friends.

But soon, something sneaky happened. The people who make these apps are like video game wizards. They design them with bright colors, constant alerts, and an endless scroll so that our brains keep wanting “just one more.” Every time Sam got a “like” or saw a new video, Sam’s brain got a little spark of excitement.

Eventually, Sam couldn’t put the phone down. Sam started missing out on riding bikes, drawing, and playing outside. If the phone was taken away, Sam felt anxious or angry. Sam didn’t mean to become addicted; the app was just designed to trap Sam’s attention.

I’m telling you this because I love you so much, and I want to make sure your brain stays free to enjoy the real world. Technology is great, but we have to be the bosses of it—we can’t let it be the boss of us. Let’s talk about how we can make sure your apps stay fun without taking over your day.
Overally I know this will work believe in me and trust because I have done it before I have also been in the same place, from my previous experience I know that createing a calendar not only keeps you away from screens but more education time and outdoor interaction, which proves that this lesson is the absolute truth.
