This Term we have been learning what prefixes are or what does the letter e stand for in words, for example the word eject the letter e stands for out or out of or the word Extract the letter e stands for out or out away.

the letter e symbolises a prefix, a prefix is a group of letters added to a begging to a root word to change its meaning, create a new word or make a negative. for example, un to happy  makes unhappy which meaning not happy.
