Today is the Tuesday 20 October 2026.
WALT: Explain what a story is about and what lesson the author is sharing,using clues from the text and things I already know to prove my ideas.
What I did:I had to write about the story we were reading about and it is about Kids using Social Media children under 13 years old and I think they should not be using Social Media.So they told be to do this stuff and like write it or like finish the sentence like that.
What it said to do: Frame 1 Beginning. Draw and write 1 to 2 sentences about who the report is about and where it takes place.Frame 2 Middle. Draw and write about the main problem from your (opinion) on the report topic.Ban or don’t Ban Social Media for under Sixteen. Frame 3 Ending.Draw and write about how you would solve this.Frame 4 The Authors message.Complete these two sentence prompts inside speech bubbles or captions.The report is about…and the main lesson the author is sharing is.I proved my idea using this clue from the text….and my prior knowledge that.
I liked this create task because it was a comic strip and I would give it a 7/10.
What the book said:Did you know that 80% of kids watch Social Media.Also 60% over of teenagers know how to use false birthdays.Kids using Social Media can sometimes be good sometimes because you can learn Te Roa Moari and make friend.THANK YOU AND BYE.
