Questions for our Whanau

Kamusta readers,

In the past week, we have been doing a very entertaining project where you have to interview your family member to learn more about them, or to question them about it. But right now, we are in the state of printing and asking questions. In this blog, I will be telling you about how I managed to make up questions for our family member. Some steps are very challenging to think about, and I spent a lot of time working on this.

  • First off, we all started to write our questions in our book. In the span of 30 minutes, we had to think about each section our questions had to go to. As well as us thinking about what complex sentence we needed  to make. For example, instead of saying, “Why did you move to the New Zealand?” Instead, make a great sentence just like this. “Was there a specific reason that you moved from the Philippines to New Zealand?”
  • Next, we had to move our sentences in our book to the google document our teacher Zoe has sent to us. One of the reasons why writing it online, comes in many ways. To print, to help fix mistakes instead of taking a big amount of time to erase it all, and more! Lastly, we had to send it to Zoe for her to print out for us.
