Hello my name is Cayden, in todays blog I will be talking about the global warming affects and also be talking about the research I have done about climate change also.
What is Climate Change – Climate change is different in ways as earth changes in temperature and weather patterns over time on Earth. The occurrence of such changes can occur naturally through variations in the solar cycle or volcanic activity, however, it has been caused mainly by human activities since the 1800s.
next up we have what is causing climate change/global warming? – Global warming results from the activities of man that increase the Earth’s natural greenhouse effect. The burning of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and gas in order to create energy releases lots of of greenhouse gases. Deforestation also adds to this problem as forests help absorb carbon dioxide.
Why do Kiwi kids keep protesting about the global warming and want a strike? – We are skipping school because the problem of climate change is literally destroying our future, and our elders do nothing to solve the problem. It doesn’t make much sense to sit in class learning for a future that may no longer exist because of the burning of the planet.
