At tech we learnt to do something with clay; we learnt how to mold, shape and structure our clay. We had to either make a necklace with patterns or make a bowl.
I already knew how to shape and mold a clay, you have to warm it up with both of your hands and if you are ready to structure it you have to dip your fingers in water and start shaping it based off how you want it to be. I made a bowl at first, but changed my mind and made a bunny necklace and a rock shaped with my initial on it. We’re painting it next week so I’ll be making a bowl next.
It was fun, we used some tools like loop tool, a rolling pin, and a modeling tool. It was so fun because poetry/pottery was one of my favorite hobbies even when it was just my first time. To be fair I enjoyed it a lot.
