A day with grandpa!

I looked out the car window, disappointed as my dad pulled up into my grandpa’s garage.

As I got out of the car with my dad, my dad held my hand gently saying ‘’It’s okay, I will play with you tomorrow’’ I looked down at the floor with teary eyes as I said, ‘’You… You said that yesterday..’’

As my dad was gonna reply his phone vibrated as someone texted him from work.

‘’Sorry! I need to go but.. His food, his bottle, his spare clothes and his hat is inside his bag so everything he needs is inside, also don’t give him any sugar like ice cream!’’ My dad said as he waved his last goodbye and got into the car, he pulled out into his driveway.

I wiped my tears away as my grandpa said ‘’Don’t worry we will have fun, I’m also almost done with the lawn.’’ He said as he left the garage to mow the lawn.

I looked up at the shelf that was stored with heaps of old dusty boxes, there was a box that was on top of the shelf that was high up in the shelf that caught my eye. But.. there was one problem… I couldn’t reach…

I stacked boxes on boxes and tried to reach for the one box that I laid my eyes on but all the boxes came crashing down on me including the box I wanted.

A few seconds later my grandpa comes running in by the noises of the boxes I caused, ‘’Santa maria:Translation:Holy Mary!:’’ My grandpa shouted.

There was a wagon and a picture of grandpa and my dad when he was my age that fell out of one of the boxes.

He looked down at the wagon and grinned, ‘’Shall we take this for a spin?’’

I hopped into the wagon, holding tight onto the sides of the wagon. My grandpa pushed the back of the wagon

‘’Ah… what a lovely day-’’ My grandpa got interrupted by the aliens above us! ‘’Ah!’’ I shouted, me and my grandpa hopped into a plane and flew away! Reality: A girl playing on her phone and two random cats hissing at each other on the sidewalk for no reason.

We finally escaped the aliens but.. We were out of fuel! ‘’We need to jump… now or never!’’

We jumped off but in reality we were filthy. My dad came back and when he saw us he scolded us.

2) Make sure to keep your belongings altogether in a cubby and clean it after using.

Lastly keep your hands on your own belonings.

Last year writing

Last year we did an writing about should kids under 13 use Chromebooks or any kinds of devices.

I disagree because it actually affects children’s brain and their physical personality.

**Introduction**

Children under 13 years old should not have devices because it affects kids’ brains by watching inappropriate stuff on the internet.

**body paragraphs 1**

Devices could also affect kids’ futures by watching private things on social media.
