Some things that I learned about CPR is how many  beats you have to do in 2 minutes

The most frustrating part about   CPR was trying to get the high score 

Yesterday 9LDO had CPR training with Justin, he is a real EMT. Some things I learnt was how to recognize if somebody is choking and how to help, another thing I learnt was how to perform CPR on somebody correctly. We also talked about how to talk to an ambulance officer and what goes on behind the scene. My favourite thing we did was practicing CPR on human-like mannequins and seeing how good of a score on accuracy out of 100 we could get, I got 99%. Here is a photo of Justin our instructor.

Some things that I learned about CPR is sing a song in your head e.g. a good song is ‘Baby Shark’ to get the right pumping speed.

WALT: We are learning to write persuasively.

Today we did a quick write the topic was: Hot weather is better than Cold. I found planning really challenging because I didn’t know how I was going to start.

This is the grade I received for my Sophie Pascoe. ( I am very proud of my grade)

These things I did well was understand the film topics, justify the examples with clear explanations, use sexy paragraphs and use technical skills to show I have control over my writing.

My next steps are to use more ambitious words, try not to repeat words and find alternatives that I would say aloud

that don’t make my writing awkward.
