This week I have been finishing my escape room. My escape room has a catch because if you get a answer wrong you have to go back to the start again so you have to remember what were the write answers and the wrong answers. My escape room made my teacher laugh because I made my slides go to the end witch made me make a funny face.  My escape room has twelve slides and my partner who helped me made all the backgrounds fortnite players.

For a few weeks, me and my classmates have been working on cybersmart escape rooms. (Escape rooms where you answer questions and save a poor fox wah) And so, we watched some videos and included some other tips for our escape rooms! We all finished them this week; you could do your escape room about anything. Apps, Movies, Google, Animals, ANYTHING. I did mine about saving a slimed FOX! (My favourite animal if you didn’t know!) It was really fun using my tech skills like adding links, masking images, and fixing issues. The practice also helped, for if one day I needed those skills I will be prepared.

Today me and my class have been making sock monkeys.We all made different kinds of creatsons I make a shark monkey.at first I thought that i could not do it but i kept on working on it and following the steps and now I have done it and I am very happy with it.

This term we have been making sock monkeys.At first I wanted to make a monkey with tns and tech fleece top and shorts.For the first step to make a sock monkey we had to buy some sock, then we had to cut them into the arms, legs, muth and ears.After that we had to cut out our body.Next we stitch and stuffed our arms and stitched them onto our body and we did the same with the ears, legs, and mouth.For the eyes we got the same buttons then sewed them on to our face then we are done.My sock monkey name is bob because he loves building and his favourite food is watermelon, apples and mango.Here is a photo of Bob.

In term four, for technology I Did sewing. I chose to sew a flounder because I don’t have a fish toy. I made the flounder out of socks.

Here is how I made it.

First I put stuffing in the sock then I stitched the middle of the sock. I put a little bit of stuffing in the other end of the sock about ecouter of The half of the sock. Then I Did the same thing but put a bit more stuffing in the tail In till the tail looks like a tail. I made the mouth by doing stitches in the end of the sock. I just used two buttons for the eyes.

Over the last couple weeks we have been making sock monkeys. Sock monkeys are these monkeys that are made out of socks. You have to stitch all of your things together onto your socks so then  it becomes a sock monkey. My sock monkey is made out of a white sock it has special features like his eyes are very low,bhis mouth is very low to like way lower.

Today I finished my Sock Teddy!! His name is Alfie!

First I cut up my socks to the right shapes. Then I sewed the legs and stuffed them. Then I sewed the arms and stuffed them too. My next step was to make his ears, his eyes and his mouth + nose. When I first cut my props, I didn’t realise my ears were small so at this step I cut new big ears with the remains of my second sock. I sewed buttons for eyes, and I used a part of Aanaya’s (my BFF) white remained sock to make his nose and mouth.

This term We have been making a plushie out of socks. I am making a bear and Its a light brown. We have been working on them since week 2. Mine is coming together really well. My sock animal is a panda, his name is Splotches.

He has arms and legs and a head, but he still doesn’t have a face. Here is a photo.

Mine is the one that has strawberries and flowers. I am really happy with what I have made so far, but I think I still have a lot left to do.

This term my class and I are making Sock Monkeys!!

We had a choice of what animal you wanted to do, so I chose a Teddy Bear. My Teddy bear’s name will be Alfie!!

I have finished his legs, arms and ears. The next thing for me to do is make the mouth, and the eyes. Then I want to give it a green elf hat and a  green elf coat.

Hey Bloggers!

For the past few weeks me and my class have been working on making sock monkeys! (Monkey soft toys made of socks). And i’m really happy with what I have so far. I was going to make a cool fox at first but I thought it would be harder because I would need to follow a video, and my teacher only knew how to make sock monkeys. So that’s what i’m doing know! I think that at the end of making my sock monkey i’m going to put a pirate hat on it (because it’s mini). And make it like a pirate parrot (But monkey version!)
