It is important to note that even though it is just about holiday time behaviour and hygiene standards need to remain as high as they are. With plenty of sickness around at the moment we won’t to ensure that we remain healthy for the upcoming week and also during the holiday time.
Our community has been working on narratives with our writing. Both myself and Ms Scott are blown away by the quality of descriptive writing that our students has completed. In fact to single out one or two people would be unfair as ALL students have created some beautiful visual writing. Please check out the student blogs next week when they will be published on their sites.
Our Inquiry is coming along slowly with students being away and other things popping up the students have really had limited time to do their design process for their invention. But as our community does we just get stuck in so these are just about up to the stage to create their prototype / final product.
Next week we start our 100Club. This is for any seniors who want to run 100 lengths of the gym at 8am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. It is an opportunity to build up our fitness, enhance our social skills and just start the day really well. After the walk students will be provided breakfast before they go into class. I am so looking forward to this.
