On March 30 Riley came in to talk about the ocean. We all were very excited. She explained to us how we all could help the ocean. we can help by picking up at least 1 piece of rubbish each day. One thing I learned today was that a manta ray is 7 metres long WOW.

Today we made a statistical investigation.
The statistical investigation we made was about which of the top 6 rivers in Auckland were the shortest and which ones the longest. We first researched about the top 6 rivers in Auckland, (1-6) Tamaki river, Whanau river, Hotea river, Waitakere river, Puhoi river and Wairoa river.
We then researched the length of each river, the Tamaki river is 15 km, Whanau River is 5.7 km, Hoteo river is 28 km, Waitakere river is 16 km, Puhei river is 13 km and Wairoa with 65 km.
With the data we gathered we analysed the shortest to longest rivers. The shortest river is the Whanau river, second shortest being Puhei, third shortest river is Tamaki, third longest is Waitakere river, second longest is Hoteo and the longest river is Wairoa.
Kia ora today we got a pretty cool visit from riley a person from young ocean explorers
and she teached us about her life loving ocean and she teached us
that a mantaray could be 7 metres wide then she showed us her dads footage underwater.
And she told us about her fears when she a was liitle her first fear was seaweed
she was scared of it because it was so slimy and looked weird .
And her second fear was sharks because she thought she would get eaten because of all the movies

I loved how there were many things I could choose from, but it did take quite a while to completely finish.
It was hard to find good texts that I could read since I don’t know how to read cursive. But in the end I found it!.
I’m fasting by not having any candy other than Chocolate.
Different ways of WORSHIPING God by mila
This week we have been learning about different ways of worshipping God because some of us were a bit confused about what is really worshipping and what is just everyday life.For this activity we had to make a colourful poster that had five or more different ways of worshipping God.We also had to make it a moving poster which means it has to be animated.I enjoyed Doing this activity because we got to add different moving pictures.I found it challenging to find the right moving picture because there are lots of different options.I would not like to change anything because I really enjoyed making this poster.Are there any other different types of worship that I missed? If there is, could you please tell me in the comments?

This is our Jen stark art. We By that I meant the class made a piece of drip art each. A little about Jen stark. She is an american artist . She is most well none for her bright and bold drip art. She does illusion rooms. Also she even wears the most colorful outfits in some of her photos. Anyway if you read this thank you. 
This is our drip art that our class did we did it from jen stark. jen stark is American artist. she is the most best artist or drip art she is so in to rainbow stuff. i hope u like what we did.
We went to Christchurch on the 3rd of March and left on the 4th of April. It was me mum libbie ethan dad and my cousin we went there for the speedway
Mall
When mum, Libbie and my cousin went shopping, Me, Ethan and dad went to timezone and we won tickets and prizes. There were also tons of games but our favorite one was the racing one. Me and dad were racing each other and it’s hard because there is traffic you have to dodge and dad won. Dad was really proud because he won by heaps. Then after that I had to verse Ethan which I lost again because they are both really good. Then I won 3 golden eggs from a claw machine. The things that were in them were lollies.
Swimming
After lunch ( Fish and chips ) we went to QEll. It was only me, Libbie, Ethan, Dad and my cousin. When you go on the hydroslide you have to go on a floatie. The floats are either one with 2 people and one with 1 person. I went on the hydroslide with my dad. It is scary because you can go down backwards. Then the next time I went down by myself and I went backwards which I don’t like. The thing that decides if you go down backwards is a big bowl and at the pool they also have a lazy pool which after the hydroslide I went into. In their biggest pool there was a basketball hoop floatie that we were playing with. We were at the pool for like an hour and a half.
Bowling
At night time we went bowling and we played 1 game that all of us played and each round everyone got 9 turns. When it was my turn I got a spare which is when you knock all of them but one in a turn so I got 2 of them and a couple strikes. A strike is where you knock all of them down. Most of us got strikes. At the end of the first game Ethan came last, Libbie came 5th, I came 4th, my cousin came 3rd, mum came 2nd and dad came 1st. And they gave me a pack for how many strikes I got.
Mega air
The day before we left we went to mega air. There was a dodgeball course and all of us played except mum and dad the thing is about the dodgeball game is you don’t get to choose your team so we didn’t all get in a team but me and ethan got in a team you have 6 people in a team and there 3 tramps for you to jump on in each team and you have 30 minutes to play mine and Ethan’s team won and we were excited. After that we went to the basketball bit in the trampoline park. There were 2 basketball hoops and we played for just under half an hour. After that we went to the air bag that you can jump off of a platform onto it which I did and it was awesome.
Next time I go to Christchurch I would like to go gokarting and go to an inflatable world. I would also like to go to a minigolf course.
