Should Schools Sell Junk Food
In my opinion we should not sell junk food in schools because they are not good for you and people just pack their own lunch and the junk food that could be sold in schools are chips, lollies, hot chips, all of that junk food and the lollies will give students lots of energy.
If schools are going to sell junk food they should do it every 2 or 3 weeks for a treat for the students for being good and they should do 1 small bag of chips for $3.50 and for like lollies $5, because it gives the kids lots of energy, they should definitely not sell drinks cause they will be way more happy because drinks usually have lots of sugar in them even more than lollies so if they are going to sell drinks they should be zero sugar.
They should not sell anything else like gum and chocolate and lots more. They should just keep just a couple things to sell just to keep it light and if they want to get chocolate and gum they should just go to the dairy or shop after school.
If kids get caught chewing gum in school then they should be banned from the cantine that sells junk food and they get 3 chances and if they get caught on their 3rd time they should be banned for 1 term.
There is also a cap of money and stuff you can buy the max amount of money you can bring is $10 and you have a limit of getting 3 things so then you can’t buy everything in the shop with like $50 note, and buy all of the stuff the cantine sells and the kids aren’t able to get anything cause someone bought everything it would be unfair.
