My creative writing term 3 and some week.

Beep Beep Beep. The alarm clock woke Jim up. Jim got out of bed and walked into the kitchen. The floor was cold and cracked. Jim’s feet tingled with pins and needles. He grabbed a small pan and placed it on the stove. Sizzle! He poured the oil onto the pan before grabbing out his metal phone. He unlocked his car using his phone. After eating half a sausage he quickly ran to his car the alarm was going off. He tried to switch it off but it kept screeching. He turned the car off and got in. The seat was burning Jim yelled and smacked his seat ‘’what the heck’’ his pants burned.

3 hours later.

Jim was at work finally. The store had old oil tanks and his rusty car out the front. He waited until someone needed to fuel. Ding ding! The door bell rang and someone had walked in. It was a child holding 5 bucks. His clothes looked old and he had a brown hat with leather falling off it. Jim stared at the child as he roamed the isles. But then Jim noticed the child had a little dart. Jim yelled at the child loudly before almost getting hit by the dart. Jim grabbed the bat from underneath the counter ‘’get back home kid’’ he yelled before throwing the bat at the child. The child laid on the cold itchy floor with stains all over. His eye was swollen and bulged with little cuts dripping blood. The child was filled with rage and sadness. He left the shop stomping the ground and hitting shelves as he screamed and left.

Jim was still processing what happened. The dart was still stuck in the wall; it looked old and poison was dripping and running down the wall. He laid his hands on the cold dart. Steam was rising from it. The minute he laid his hands on the dart it burned. His hand was red and had several scratches. The poison had made its way in. Jim could feel the burning sensation. His nose burned as he sniffed the fumes of the poison. His eyes went watery and red. His stomach growled. He laid his hands on the wall and tried to reach the phone but he was unlucky the poison went faster than anything. It would reach his brain in no time. His body fell and when he landed dust glided around. His skin started to steam with poison as he laid on the floor. The last thing he saw was the dart stuck in the wall.

20 days earlier.

Jim was in the city. He walked towards a tall building. The words out the front of the building were ‘’Old Doctors’’ he slowed down as he approached the door. People rushed around inside the building. He could hear slamming doors, people screaming in phones and trays being slammed into walls. Jim pushed his hand slowly against the door. Crash! He hit a woman rushing over to another office ‘’I’m terribly sorry!’’ he said before moving on. The woman had a mark on her head from the impact ‘’ow,’’ she cried. Jim approached a child wearing a cap that looked as if it was his fathers. Jim bent down and came face to face with the small child ‘’is that your mother?’’ he said before pointing to the woman crying. The child showed Jim a dart ‘’Yes’’.
