Last week, we had finished disassembling a deck and dug out posts that were concreted into the ground. Doing this was extremely tiring, it took hours for us to finish the deck and even longer to remove the concrete which was the worst part of it all. In doing so I learnt how to better conserve my energy with proper breathing and how to use tools such as the wrecking bars, crowbars and a hammer drill.
