This drawing is a map of my holiday Firstly I went to QEll. Then I had a sleepover with Travis and Rad and we went to Spider-man brand new day. Then I went home and started playing FC26 then I went ton my mum’s house and then I got FC27 for 30 hours all together. Then I went to my dad’s house again and was sleeping 75% of the time I was there. Have you played FC26 before?

On the holidays I went to my dad’s work to clean up the GIB rubbish and I got paid $20 an hour. It was lots of fun then I went home for lunch and went back to my dads job site. Then we went home and I went to bed after 4 hours of hard work.

Would you go to your dad’s work to help him?

For cybersmart, the year 6s made a map of our holidays.

On my map I am telling you about how I went to after hours, then I was in a wheelchair, after that I recovered, Then finally I was able to walk again so I went to the Winnie the pooh play, went swimming at the beach, had a sleepover with pearl and then sadly I was sick. Overall I had a pretty boring holidays because I couldn’t do much. my favorite part of my holidays was my sleepover with Pearl.

What did you do during the holidays?

To Day I went to the Beach and made a big sand castle and came with mum and Bonnie and Finn and saw a seegal it was ded.  It was hot and I collected shells then I went home,.

I went to  the hills  and  walked with grandma up the Barnett parck cave loop. It took us 1 20 02 to do a loop.we walked slowly because it was steep and bumpy. We made it back to the car and went home.

To Day I went to the Beach and Mum got a coffee and me and Mum walked a long the Beach and I collect shells and 1 shell too kood yeah the see and at the end and we meet Anna and she said that Maggie birthday and they had a bounce castle and they  had pizza an I had 5 pizza and the end.

To Day I went to the Beach and Mum got coffee and I got a cookie at NB and I came with Austin Binji and fox and Noah and Noah left  and  Austin  and Binji said nature isn’t invincible and we made a boat and I went swimming in the Beach and we got frozen yogurt, it was the best Day every,

We went to the munoopool and played with Austin and we played  with a Ball and we played soccer and basketball in the pool and played in the BaBy pool and played  tag  with a Ball you had to throw the Ball.

Suny day and  day we play on the playground  and waitid for Austin and we went to the walk and  walk halfway and we got lost in the forest and went hi up the mountains and walk for 2 hours. . .

Doomsday

On the doomsday of 2012 me and my roommate Fred were having a movie night, the movie had many weird things like flying boats and magnitude 11 earthquakes, we didn’t think much of it. As the sky turned darker we heard a big BOOM! The loud boom echoed through the hallways for a long time, then suddenly we started to hear firefighters come speeding to our building!

By the next minute they were evacuating everyone including us, we had no idea what to do so we followed the safety procedures, we had to get in our car and drive away not looking back.Fred’s curiosity took over and he stared back into the unknown.

“DON’T LOOK BACK” Shouted Fred as he stared back into the abyss.

“What’s wrong” I Replied.

“I CANT MOVE MY EYES” cried Fred.

I hit the brakes and tried to slap him out of it but his eyes wouldn’t move they would only blink. I went to the driver’s seat and hit the pedal but a car hit me and spun our car 180 degrees I didn’t know what to do so I opened my eyes and saw a giant looking worm destroy our city. I was so scared so I screamed as loud as I could but then the worm shifted its body and faced straight at us.

The worm blasted out a silk web onto our car, the web was so strong I couldn’t drive the car a single inch. But then an idea popped in my head what if I grabbed a knife in the glove box and thrashed it on the webs, and that was exactly what I did. The knife worked perfectly on the webs and after I finished getting rid of the webs the car could move again. I hit the break so hard that the car started on 6o km an hour, the big worm tore through the concrete at an astonishing 50 km an hour the only reason I knew this was because I studied speeds for just below a year. Anyways it came close to getting me until it ran out of energy when my car had just a quarter left .I drove all the way to Idaho and told everyone what happened to me and Fred did the same.

Me and Ricky were chilling on a couch then I ask Ricky if he wants to go to the arcade.

I open the trunk  I seen a box I   didn’t worry about it.

We go to the arcade to play a few games then it closes .

Walk back  to the car. we are driving  then we see a flash of light.

We stop the car and open the trunk we see a giant marble  boom! the marble  starts levitating  in the sky  it starts moving around.

It  smashes in to me in to me  ow!  we grab the it  and put  back in the box then it fly back up the  it shuts off then I put  it back in the box and throws it away .

Then someone else picks it up.

I was working with Lewis on the way to school.

The strangest thing happened! we herd sum loud squawking.

We swung around and saw chickens were chickens Daisy and Hazel running down the road.

There were people screaming like elephants.

Our chickens stopped in front of us.

They looked at us but we weren’t scared so we climbed their scarily legs and realized they had shrinking and growing powers.

We rode them to school.

The Mysterious Package

Me, Masyn and ,Wyatt at my sleepover it was 3 am.

We got KFC but instead of my KFC we got a package. We started crying. “We have no KFC!” nooooooooo!.

So we started to opened. The package the package has are KFC it has lasers. We found a button we pushed the button and  we got are KFC we are so happy!

The Mysterious door!

Everyone in the city knew about the mysterious door. ” MUST NEVER OPEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! “. The school was located at –  Paris Academy. This door isn’t like any other regular door, it’s the ” FORBIDDEN ” door. Well that’s what people call it, you are not allowed to even touch it. The door has been spotted in my school, in the library behind the bookshelves, The door has cobwebs, dirt, blood, and also cracks.

I really want to open the door, “CREAKKK.. “

I smelt bloody uniforms and dirty rust, but I think they just try to bribe us to make us not open the door. I decided I wanted to open the door because I was bored. My friends started shouting at me “ AUTUMN PLEASE DON’T OPEN THE DOOR! “. But I didn’t listen, I opened the door, ignoring my friends shouting at me. Then I suddenly started floating across the room, the door slammed shut! BANG.

I could hear my friends worries slowly turn into whispers, then suddenly I disappeared into a dark room. Two seconds later I heard nothing! Now I know why kids never come out, it’s because you get stuck in a basement, with cobwebs and even spiders. I looked around and I saw over twenty students suffering, it was freezing in there. I felt like it was snowing!

I try to find a door and all the other kids tell me “ There’s no way out, just give up… “ I realise I can send help. The reason why, is because my parents are paranoid now that, me and my siblings all go to different schools. So they added trackers and a send help button under my shoe.  A couple minutes later my dad came and he said “ How did you get in here “ I said “ I just wanted to see what was behind the door “ .

My dad said ” Oh well that’s a bit silly! Anyway let’s help everyone here ! ” I agreed. The other kids started saying ” YAYY THANKS!”. My dad told them to be quiet so no one heard and got freaked out. Everyone was with at least one of their friends, but I was there by myself now I wondered why my friends didn’t come. I thought to myself..                        Maybe they were too scared?

Now I know to never open a random door at school.

Everyone in the city knew the main disturbing rule.

NEVER EVER GO TO the back door in Japan School Academy.

There was a rumor that someone spread around Japan School Academy, that anyone who goes NEAR the back door, gets dragged by a youkai (evil spirit), made of human body parts.  Iroha never ever believed them, even after watching real documentaries. She still thought that it was all a prank and that the myth was a lie.

Iroha’s classmates/students kept on telling her to not go in, and warning her, but she thought it would just be a normal, quiet, and silent classroom. But she let her dirty thoughts consume her…

Iroha rushed through the door like a cheetah smelling decaying bodies, HUMAN vomit and all other foul, smells you can ever think of. She heard screeching and raspy voices like they had been screaming for centuries. Iroha heard baby’s crying, ”wa, wa, wa, wa!’’. Iroha went in and all she said was ‘’AHHHHH MAJI KA YO!’’ (It means heck no in Japanese!). Iroha was already regretting her decisions until she saw…

“EUWALKH”, she gagged loudly because of the foul smell.

Iroha saw decaying students still in bloody and rotting uniforms. While vomit lay on the floor with flies circling around them, as though they were attracted to something… There was still bloody stationary clung on dead students, still in their precious hands. The youkai saw Iroha in the corner of his eye and charged at Iroha. While human body parts of teachers and students. It made Iroha panic and feel very uncomfortable and uneasy! Iroha was running for the door even though she was stepping on decaying students, and she almost tripped on a teacher! Then suddenly the door shut. It slammed shut, because the students did want the creature to enter the school hall, and murder everyone. Sadly it was for the best because either 1 student dies… OR all of them die.

The Strange Army

The strangest thing happened on my way to school… I was just playing the best game: Geometry Dash on my I-phone 69’000 Pro then suddenly,(smash!)my phone shattered into pieces by a strong web!

I looked up and there in front of me were 60’000 Spider-men and a floating chicken nugget wearing a crown! A UEFA champions league football appeared in front of me. It said clearly to me “ Kick me into them” .

 I was amazed when the football appeared but reluctantly kicked it into them. It was fun when I kicked the ball because it hit heaps of Spider-men. They all yelled in pain.

 Another chicken nugget appeared next to me. It shot a spell at the other chicken nugget with no words by using his ancient wand.

The chicken nugget exploded into pieces and all the parts went into the river. All the spider-men ran away in fear. 

I now had my own army. Suddenly a whole new army appeared in front of me but this army was different. Instead of a floating chicken nugget there was an orange! And instead of Spider-men there were default FORTNITE skins with assault rifles!

  I rummaged through my bag for something to help me because my army had disappeared. I found a sussy coke can that was glowing and said: one tap Coke. I sprayed it at the orange first and it fell to the ground and exploded all over me. Great. Next I ran over to the default’s and sprayed them. They disappeared just like my army.

I had just defeated the army myself! A phone appeared in front of me saying look behind you. There behind me was an Eye with arms and legs! It picked me up and threw me through a portal, the portal sent me through different realms until I came to  a strange island with only one block. I was doomed!

This term in inquiry we have been learning about the main features in Canterbury and how they were made. We have been learning/researching about how the Southern Alps, Banks Peninsula and Canterbury Plain were formed. In this hero post I will be showing you what I have learned and what things/facts that really stood out for me.

How the Southern Alps were formed

The Southern Alps were formed by the collision of the pacific and Australian tectonic plates along the alpine fault. While sedimentary rocks accumulated about 100 to 300 million years ago, rapid and intense mountain buildings began to form about 5 million years ago.While that happened ,it pushed the crust upwards and shaped the peaks into the Southern Alps.

Banks of Peninsula 

The Banks of  Peninsula were formed by two twin volcanoes erupting and overlapping 12-6 million years ago. Causing lots of lava and ashes to build up. After the volcano had stopped, rain, wind, and sea erosion wore the peaks down half to their original height. sea levels rose after the ice age, flooding the valley to form known as Lyttelton and Akaroa.
