The best thing about my Easter holiday was going to my friend’s house for a sleepover. It was at my friend Felicja’s house and my friend Harata also came. It was really fun because we got to do some crafts and play Dandy’s world. The The next morning we all went to over the lounge and had some snacks and played and watched a movie called Footloose it was It was kind of weird at some parts but the rest of it was really cool there was a girl called Ariel and this boy who liked her and she didn’t know that and she started being mean to him and then at the end they went to prom and they were having so much fun.
After the movie we all went to the river and we walked around and then when we went past the race course in Otaki we looked at the horses and we pet them we fit them a little bit because they said we could and they came over to us so we were allowed and we fit them grass and they loved it so much That they even came over to us it was really cute there was one white one with the grey dots on it and it was so cute and then the and then there was a two brown ones with black maids one of and there was another brown one which had Browns it was really cute. Then when we got back to my friend Felicja’s house and pancakes not any pancakes fluffy pancakes it was really yummy then my grandma picked me up to go to gymnastics that was when I hated that day nooooo!
In the first term we researched about the four spheres and 4 key words which was acid rain, eutrophication, ocean acidification and global warming. The four spheres are the biosphere which is all things living, the hydrosphere which is the water and marine life, geosphere which is the land and atmosphere which is the air. Acid rain is when sulfur goes through a process which turns it to sulfur dioxide then to sulfur trioxide which then mixes with water and comes down as rain. We also did this thing called PIGSF which is an acronym for Positive Interdependence and a few other words i dont remember. We finished our assessment on the last day and I passed with excellence.
Last term, we learned about the four spheres of Earth and how environmental issues like acid rain, eutrophication, global warming, and ocean acidification affect them. We also looked at how these problems start and ways we can reduce their impact on the four spheres.
During the unit, we worked in groups to share what we learned each day. After that, more confident students moved between groups to teach and discuss one of the environmental issues. By the end of all this learning and collaboration, I was able to achieve a Merit.
Last term we learned about the 4 spheres and things that can impact it like acid rain eutrophication global warming and ocean acidification can affect them we also learned about how they can start and how to reduce them from happening
the time that we have being learning we got into groups to shared what we did and 1 to 2 people move from each group and one stays back and shows what they did that day and the other 1 and goes and goes and find out what other groups did that day
In Physics I learnt about all the spheres like geosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere and biosphere, I also learnt how acid rain starts and how it is formed. We also learnt more about eutrophication, ocean acidificaction, deforestation, PIGSF, Global warming and climate change. We also did sci-pad online about deforestation, fossil fuels and mining.
For Physics we have been working on the 4 spheres(Hydrosphere, Atmosphere, Geosphere, and biosphere) as well as Mining, Fossil fuels, and deforestation as well. even when learning about the key topics, of this unit (Acid Rain, Global Warming, Ocean Acidification, and Eutrophication) these were all the topics we needed to write about in our assessment about Deforestation and whats its impacts were.
I picked about how deforestation is creating space for building roads and other infrastructures, and how it’s causing multiple problems for the environment, and what problems its impacting on our ecosystem and spheres.
some of the problems with deforestation is its damaging the Earth’s atmosphere and harming the plant life and living anatomy. as well as making the oxygen toxic for breathing in, making it harmful for any kind of living anatomy or organisms. and causing the water to become toxic to digest.
we were working towards. Excellence, Achieved or Merit.
My Grade:Merit
Thank you for reading

Our assessment for this term was focused on the Earth side of physics, remember, it’s physics earth space science. We had to look at a human induced change in the environment. Our one was deforestation and we learnt about it and all of the impacts that it has on the environment. We learnt that not only deforestation is bad but it can cause many other things like acid rain and global warming which also have their fair share of implications on the environment around us. I am writing this part before I get my grade but I think Mr Prakash has prepared us very well for our assessment and I feel I have done very well. I cannot wait until next term where I have got my grades on all the other assessments I have done this term. Update: Hi welcome to term 2. The results have come through and I got an: Excellence. I’m very happy about this. It is the first of the credits I need to get an endorsement with excellence which is my goal for this year. Prior to this I was rather nervous about the results over the holidays but I am excited that I got this grade.
Heyy bloggers
WALT:understand angles
So this term for math we are learning about angles like right angles acute and obtuse ones. I did chill one task.We had to try and guess if they were right angles acute ones and obtuse.we lerned that if the angle is under 90 degrees then it is a acute angle but if its over 90 then its a right angle.we did this on a google drawing.Something that was challenging was understanding the angles and how they work.this task took me not that all to finish.I will insert a photo of my work at the end.hopefully its not blurry.Bye bloggers
Hello my amazing bloggers this is my Maths and today we are learning shapes and here is my work
Hiiiiiii !!!!!!bloggers today I want to show you my math work but Im sooooo sorry I did chilly one but I have done all three of them before and I’ll show you a photo of my work hope you like it
Hey world!!!
WALT: every angle like acute, obtuse, right angle and any other one.
Hey there I will show you my maths create task for today. I did Acute, Obtuse, Right Angle. I did it on a Google drawing. so here it is.
WALT:Understand Degrees
Hello Bloggers.
It’s Term 2 and can’t forgot Cultural Week.
Anyway Today I did Math well I am doing it (Blogging)
So Today I did Chilly one because Chilly two involved a clock and I can’t read clocks so I did chilly One but I will try chilly two when I am done blogging this.
Well what I had to do was write what angle the picture shows.
So here is my work I hope you like it.
Here is My work and remember to give me some feedback on my work so I know what to work on.
That’s all for today see you guys in my next blog BYE!
And hope you have a good day.

Hiiiii bloggers!
today I’m going to be blogging what i did for maths today!
so, as you know there are 3 different chilli’s for math levels.
for chilli 3, (what I’m talking about in this blog) there was a sheet we had to make a copy of on our chromebooks, and answer what the angles were.
it kinda doesn’t make sense, but you’ll probably get it when I show it.
okay that’s all for today bye!
WALT: Understand degrees
Hello bloggers and welcome to another amazing blog post by me!
As you can see, I put lots of flags in the title!
Do you know why?
(I’m going to tell you anyway even if you will probably know)
Because it’s cultural week!
I will keep doing that until the week is over because I love cultural day and week ^^ (Mostly because of the food hehe
)
Anyways, today we did Maths!
And we learned about angles!
I had to do it even if I knew like, 60% about angles
So today’s lesson was pretty easy
But when it gets harder, I will probably know like, 20%
(or 10% when hard)
Enough talking, I will tell you about what I did today
So I did Chilly one since I didn’t know how to do the rest and had to name angles
Like acute, obtuse and right angles
So first next to it, it would show us a picture of some angles
Then, on the right, it would show us what we thought it was
My trick is that for acute angles, I call it “A cute angle”
Because its small
Hopefully the trick works for you as well
I did it on Google drawing and the font is Gamja Flower bolded
Some words might not be bolded because that is just a picture and I just changed the fonts on the ones that I could
Anyways here is my work!
I hope you like it!
Here it is!

Thank you for looking at my blog post!
Have a great day and stay tuned for more!
