Kia ora everyone!
Today I will be telling you all about the Matariki task board. To celebrate Matariki our class is reading about Matariki at reading time and doing the Matariki task board instead of writing. And one of the create tasks was making an infographic poster or slideshow on Canva adobe express and more and I chose to do it and I made the infographic poster or slideshow using Canva I made a poster and then I had to type all the information that we know about.
This is what I wrote:Matariki is the Māori New Year, marked by the rising of the Matariki star cluster.
There are 9 Matariki stars Hiwa-i-te-rangi, Tupuārangi ,Tupuānuku ,Waipuna-ā-rangi, Waitā ,Waitī ,Pōhutukawa ,Matariki and ururangi.
Here is my poster

Hi bloggers!
today I am going to be blogging another must do on the Matariki task board!
last time I did the first writing must do, now I’m doing the Matariki infographic!
basically I went onto Canva, and made a matariki infographic, but it could only fit 3 stars though.
here it is!
Okay that’s it for this blog, make sure to check out my other matariki must do, bye!
On Thursday, all the kids were dressed up like people from back in the day.
First, we did the song defond new zealand and then we did marching on the field
Next, we did handwriting, it was a b and c d, but it was in cursive handwriting
After we did handwriting, we played a game called knucklebones. It was so fun, and then we played tic-tac-toe
After that, we had morning tea.
Finally, after we had morning tea, Miss Simon called us for a photo, and then we went back to class.
WALT:We are Learning about Matariki
Hello Bloggers,
Today I am doing The Matariki Task board.
Instead of Reading I am doing the Matariki Task board!
Because this Friday is Matariki we have to do the task board instead of Reading and Writing.
The blogger of the week was Drum roll please!…Vivian!
Good Job!
Anyway what I did form the Task board was a podcast With Grace!
So I had to include all the Matariki Stars and their meanings.
So here’s me and Grace’s work I hope you like
Did you click it?
Anyway The Book this week is:
He aha Ra a Matariki.
It tells us about all the stars meanings.
I am not going to tell you about the stars meanings because is in the video!
Anyway that’s all for today so see you in my next blog!
BYE!

Hello bloggers and welcome to another amazing blog post by me!
Today we did Reading!
Well, it wasn’t ACTUALLY reading..
We did the create tasks from the Matariki task board!
It’s this new thing since we are learning about Matariki
I forgot to write it in the last blog so I decided to write it in here!
Also I’m not going to write about the blogger of the week and about the table tally since I want to show you my work and I will have to go soon
Now let’s talk about my “reading” create task!
So I had to write this reflection
I kind of forgot to read the title so I didn’t really do a reflection
But I did write lots (Not too much)
So basically, it was these really fun questions!
Like “if we could make this magical plant” thing, what would it be and more!
I’m not going to tell you since it’s going to be a surprise hehe
The font was Gamja Flower bolded, I rate this create task a 10/10 and the background was already made for me and I didn’t change it since it looked really good!
Here is my work!
I hope you like it!
(Please let me know when something is wrong with it)
By Grace
Thank you for looking at my work and stay tuned for more!
If you want to comment then make sure it’s a helpful, positive and thoughtful comment!

Hi bloggers, This is my Matariki creative project, which shows what I reflect on Matariki. This was fun because I got to write what I think and something that I reflect on. I didn’t really like doing this because I don’t really like Matariki. I liked that I did this on a good day and that I finished on time, so I could do my next can do! I hope you enjoy reading this, it isn’t that much words though. Any way BYE, BYE!!!!!

Hello Everyone
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (Today) I did a Podcast with My friend Israel. It was hard but fun. My task was to Write a script on a google doc and then record it on Adobe podcast. I wouldn’t say it was fun but it was fun at the same time. I also found this hard because It would not record.
Our Work:🡇
Please Leave a Comment if its good.
For Matariki we made a pick-a-path explaining what each star is (me and Noah). my favourite star is Ururangi because it sounds cool and Ururangi is one of the 9 stars within the matariki cluster. This star is connected with the winds and predicts movements, and this is reflected by its position as the highest star within the cluster.
What is your favourite star?
For the past week we have been making an interactive about Matariki and the other stars. We have been learning what the different stars do to help the world and people.
My favourite star is Tupu a nuku because I love veges and I like planting a little. I made this cool pick a path of the stars, so you can choose the stars whatever one you want to learn about.
I also made some pictures so you can get a little image in your head.
Do you celebrate Matariki and do you like Matariki?
Hello bloggers!
Welcome back to my blog!
Today is the 1st of “JULY”.
AKA my Birthday! Ok lets stay focused!
So for today’s activity I am doing a reflection journal,
basically doing same and different but with the stars of Matariki!
Now let me tell you how Matariki was Made!
Matariki is a group of stars that are visible in NZ,
there are many names through the world for this clusters of stars such as the seven sisters! The term Matariki is believed to be of the ka mata o te riki Tawwhirimatea (Sorry if I spelled it wrong).
Taw whirimatea ripped out his eyes and crushed them in his hand and threw them to the the chest of his father forming, the constellation Matariki! This task was a bit hard cause there were 9 slides and in each of them I had to do at least on paragraph in them!
I hope you like it and make sure to leave a thoughtful, helpful and positive comment byee!
The link is down below this description!
(Don’t mind if its big)!
Byee ♡

Hello bloggers and welcome to another blog post by me!
Today we did Reading!
Oh and The Blogger Of The Week is.. VIVAN!
(He’s in my Table Tally Table)
And I also think the table tally is going well because I am almost first!! (I have 2 points, the most is 4 and I’m in Neptune :D)
ANYWAYS.. Let’s talk about my reading create task!
So for my create task, I had to do this podcast!
And I could do it with a buddy ^^
I did it with my friend Aranya!!
Since she’ll probably have the same blog post as me, check out her blog too!! (Your opinion)
But before making that podcast, we had to make a script!
Then when we finished we finally made the podcast!
After that, I put up captions!
The podcast was very laggy..
And some words were wrong in the captions!
But who cares
I rate this create task a 10/10, the font was Gamja Flower bolded and the background was custom made!
First, I will show you my script
Here it is!
And here is my podcast!
Hope you like it
(Please let me know if there is something wrong with it :D)

Hii bloggers!
today I am going too be blogging one of my Matariki must do’s!
I will be blogging these individually when I finish them.
for this must do, I had to make a copy of this Google slideshow, and write in what each Matariki star meant to me.
I tried to make it as descriptive as possible, so hopefully its enough!
here Is the must do:
Thats all for this blog today, but remember to check on my other blogs of other must do’s!
Hello bloggers!!!!! Today I did the 2nd Matariki reading task.
Before doing the task we had to watch or read a story about Matariki. The task was an info graphic that was on Adobe express. You had to get on Adobe express, look for an info graphic, and make some adjustments to get the info graphic. This is Matariki create task 2 but this is my first Matariki create task because you can choose to do any must do. This task is a must do and I have to do this before I can move on to my can do’s. For this task there was no Walt, which is why I didn’t write the Walt.
Here is my a screenshot of my work:
This is the info graphic that I did on Adobe express today!! The image on the top is an image of the Matariki stars.
Reflection: This task was kind of easy because all we had to do was write 5 facts about Matariki and add some photo’s of it. ANYWAYS BYEEEE!!!!!!!!
hello bloggers, today I did a fun can do in reading and it was about making a Mataiki
with only using plygone and here it is
it was hard but I am proud of my work and bye

on the 29th of June 2026 I had a trip to the Lamborghini factory. I got to see the assembly line of the Lamborghini urus se. when we entered the back of the factory there was a parking lot with every model of Lamborghini from 2016 to 2026. we even got to see the rare iridescent coloured Lamborghini which means the body changes colour depending on what way you look at it. then we went and explored the museum and I even got to see the CEO of Lamborghini’s car and it was a metallic emerald Lamborghini revulto. After we went to get a drink and I got to ride in Lamborghini spyder and we got up to 225 kph.
